Dr. Aymeric Paradis

Aymeric Paradis joined the company in 2021 as a Master’s intern, initially working at the Paris Interdisciplinary Energy Research Institute, a laboratory of Université Paris Cité, to study the conidiation of Penicillium camemberti on solid media. This collaboration continued during his doctoral thesis, which focused more broadly on the asexual reproduction of P. camemberti in liquid fermentation in Dangé-Saint-Romain, France. After completing his PhD, he joined the Bioscience Development Center team in Dangé as a Scientist in 2025.

Education
Dr. Aymeric Paradis holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Université Paris Cité, France, where his research focused on the physiology and genomics of P. camemberti, as well as chemical engineering for the production of filamentous fungi.
Accolades
Aymeric’s doctoral work was published in the peer-reviewed journal Research in Microbiology, and was also presented as posters at national and international conferences.
