Arthur Ouwehand
Dr. Arthur Ouwehand is a Technical Fellow and Principal Scientist at IFF Health Sciences in Kantvik, Finland. With a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Gothenburg and an MSc from Wageningen University, he has over 30 years of experience in probiotic and microbiome research. A pioneer in the field, Arthur has authored more than 300 scientific publications and is actively involved in global organizations promoting probiotics and postbiotics. Arthur is passionate about advancing the science of microbes and their role in supporting human health.
