OPTIMAX® saccharification enzyme blends convert soluble dextrins to maximum glucose yields, while added filtration enzymes improve purification for the resulting syrups. These enzyme blends effectively reduce costs by maximizing solid levels without compromising dextrose yields.


Consisting of glucoamylases, pullulanases, and sometimes lysophospholipases, these enzyme blends are optimized to convert liquefied starch to glucose and ensure excellent purification of the resulting syrups.
